Our 30-Day Return Promise

You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return. Whether the item wasn’t what you expected, or it just didn’t suit your needs, we completely understand.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in unused, unworn condition
  • All tags and original packaging must be intact
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required

Returns without these requirements may be denied, so please take a moment to carefully package your item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately upon receiving it. We will carefully assess the situation and ensure that it’s resolved promptly. Whether it’s a replacement, refund, or another solution, we’re here to make it right for you.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

While we strive to offer a flexible return policy, certain items are non-returnable. These include personal care items (such as opened skincare or beauty products), customized or personalized goods, perishable items, and hazardous materials including flammable liquids or gases. In addition, we do not accept returns for gift cards or final sale items. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we recommend completing your return first and then placing a new order separately. This ensures the fastest delivery of your new item while we process your refund.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it might take additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and it hasn’t appeared, please contact us so we can assist.
